Sales Tax

California residents add 7.25% tax.

Sales Outside U.S.A.

C.O.D. is not available for orders shipped outside U.S.A. For credit card orders, use the secure Miva Merchant shopping card system, or phone 415-459-1892. For mail orders, print out the order form and send us a check or money order in U.S. $ only. Add $5 for any check or money order drawn on a foreign bank. To wire money, add $10 wire transfer fee.
